Job Description:
- Check out customers and sell products/services
- Issue exchanges and refunds according to policy
- Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension, and finding quick solutions
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and guests
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized workspace
- Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain an Airport Badge. (Cost reimbursed after hire.)
- Stand for long periods of time without sitting
- Ability to lift and move objects without the aid of machinery
