Responsibilities of the Cash Application Specialist:
- Process the application of payments
- Input credit memos
- Maintain detailed transaction information
- Support collection efforts
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Cash Application Specialist:
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- 2+yrs experience processing payments
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Detail-oriented and the ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues
- High School diploma or equivalent
