Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong legal research skills
- Analysis of complex financial data, evaluate market trends, and interpret legal precedents and their implications.
- Data analysis
- Drafting of motions and pleadings, including complaints.
- Reviewing of financial securities data
- Evaluating market trends
