Experienced Case Manager RN needed in a community hospital located in Southern New Mexico. This hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and is one of the top Medical Centers in the area.
The ideal candidate for this position is looking for an experienced RN with at least 2 years of experience in Case Management. The ideal candidate is interested in a setting where they can continue to enhance their experience while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment promoting growth amongst all their employees.
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Experience:
Required: At least 2 years of RN experience in Case Management.
Required: Current professional nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse
Required: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
