Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
$21 per hour starting (with room for growth)
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and provide initial education, referrals, and additional information about available assistance programs
- Support clients via assistance with applications, facilitating meetings, determining next steps, and providing additional client advocacy
- Determine eligibility for financial assistance, process applications, and conduct follow ups as needed
- Update internal database and client file with timely notes
