The Case Manager facilitates weekly groups focused on topics such as life skills, communication and coping mechanisms. Case management services are provided collaboratively with other program staff, clinical supervisor and external partners.

The Case Manager is required to meet deadlines regarding documentation such as case notes, goal plans and veteran activities utilizing an electronic record system. Compliance with Volunteers of America, Veterans Administration and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards is required.

Applicants must have a Associates degree in the area of human and/or social services or the behavioral sciences. Education and/or verifiable work experience with at-risk populations is required (homeless, veterans, behavioral health, drug/alcohol addiction, employment, youth, residential).
