Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a Youth Case Manager working for our client in Denver. The Youth Case Manager is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position has onsite work requirements. A summary of the responsibilities includes:
Responsibilities:
- Provides youth case management services for housing assistance
- Conducts needs assessment
- Connects youth to income resources and/or public benefits
- Assist with landlord recruitment or mediation
- Assists with other program support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field
- 1+ years of working with homeless population
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
