Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:

Case Manager will work with low-income families who are in need for short-term financial assistance, case manager, landlord mediation, and other supportive services that result in maintaining stable, permanent housing.

Perform assessments on all applicants for programs eligibility.

Provide case management services to clients enrolled in the program.

Collaborate with other community providers.

Participate in case conferences.
-
Accurately maintain paper files for clients enrolled in the program.

Document all case notes, links to services, and treatments in HMIS.

Maintain positive relationships with landlords and other providers.

Prepare all reports that are required in a timely fashion.
Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent writing skills - strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills

Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field; or three to five years of equivalent experience in social services field
