Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in case management, preferably within the Nonprofit Industry.
- Certification as a Professional Social Worker (CPSW) or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry, including its products, services, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent case management skills, including the ability to manage complex cases, develop and implement effective case management plans, and maintain detailed records.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
