Full Time Non - Exempt Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose: To assess, coordinate and provide services for customers served in the program. The Case Manager II (CM II) will assist in training and supporting Resident Monitors (RMs) and Peer Mentors (PMs). The CM II will be cross trained with the Case Manager I (CM I) for support, coverage, and to share responsibilities. The CM II will support the Intake Supervisor and Recovery Services Supervisor to ensure effective service delivery is provided to meet the needs of the customers while maintaining a focus on the agencys mission and core values. Job Responsibilities: Familiarity with substance use disorders and recovery. Assist in training and supporting RMs and PMs. Ensure that admission criteria, intakes, assessments, and orientation procedures are followed Provide regular and consistent case management. Coordination of services. Participate in employee and department meetings, training, Continuous Quality Improvement teams, agency activities, and fundraising efforts to develop leadership skills. Ensure program and contract compliance. Documentation and communication. Assist Community Manager in qualifying applicants for Section 8 housing. Facilitate classes and/or groups Fulfill the responsibilities of the peer mentors and assist with training and supervision when necessary. Demonstrate cultural competence and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Complete miscellaneous duties assigned. Requirements: Experience: In the social service/mental health field. Training: In the social service/mental health field. Education: H. S. Diploma or GED a must.
