Carpenter

Specific Job Functions: Complete maintenance and installation of commercial doors and hardware throughout the property. Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout property including drywall, framing, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, acrylics, solid surface, plastic laminate, wall protection, furniture, and suspended ceilings. Complete fabrication and installation of cabinets, millwork, and fixtures. Complete remodeling tasks including light demolition, steel framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, door hardware, and finished carpentry. Safely and accurately operate hand and power tools along with shop machinery to complete assigned projects. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department. Qualifications: At least five years' experience in commercial carpentry and remodeling required. A minimum of five years' experience working with and reading blueprints and shop drawings required. Five years or more years' experience operating hand and power tools and shop machinery necessary. Must have at least five years' experience in finished carpentry. Experience in running and programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery preferred. Valid driver's license required.
