The
Carpenter position will be responsible for various facility maintenance needs in the field of carpentry.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of doors, hardware, millwork, seats, furniture, and associated equipment
- Ability to cut, pour and level concrete
- Knowledge of essential tools and equipment used in the field of carpentry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished
- Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance for carpentry related projects
- Must be familiar with OSHA requirements
- Track daily productivity via allocation sheets, daily logs and micro main.
- Communicate arrival, location and departure with lead Engineer
- Clearly, effectively and timely communicate work issues with staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in general carpentry installation and repair of doors, millwork, and related building systems
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent recommended
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to report for emergencies as needed
- Must have open availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Experience with electronic preventive maintenance programs preferred
