For PT roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. About the Venue Subaru Park is home to the Philadelphia Union of the MLS. This 18,500 person venue is located in Chester, PA on the banks of the Delaware River. Responsibilities Responsible for maintenance and repair of doors, hardware, millwork, seats, furniture, and associated equipment Ability to cut, pour and level concrete Knowledge of essential tools and equipment used in the field of carpentry Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance for carpentry related projects Must be familiar with OSHA requirements Track daily productivity via allocation sheets, daily logs and micro main. Communicate arrival, location and departure with lead Engineer Clearly, effectively and timely communicate work issues with staff Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 6-8 years experience in general carpentry installation and repair of doors, millwork, and related building systems High school diploma, GED or equivalent recommended Ability to work in a fast paced environment Demonstrate attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to report for emergencies as needed Must have open availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays Experience with electronic preventive maintenance programs preferred Strengthened by our Differences.
