Touching Hearts at Home are looking for compassionate HHA s, CNA's and PCA's to join our team. As a Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our clients with a warm, comfortable, and caring approach.
Responsibilities: - Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Accompanying to medical appointments and assisting with transportation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Monitoring health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
