Your workplace will be a beautiful and modern enhanced behavioral support home situated in the community of Ramona in North County San Diego. Your everyday work will involve assisting people with their activities of daily living, facilitating fun activities in the home, helping ensure the home is clean and safe, escorting residents on community outings, implementing and monitoring behavior plans, and noting changes in physical and behavioral health. Your coworkers will be dedicated and talented health and human service professionals who are skilled at supporting adults who have developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
