Job Types: Full-time and casual shifts available Pay: $17.44 - $20.39/hour average AND a 90-day pay increase. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans Accompany clients on recreation and leisure activities Assist in behavioral and personal care services Implement individual plans as written Increase independence in the community Ability to understand and implement a variety of Community Support Plans and Individual Service Plans per client outcomes and goals Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations Attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed Maintain communication with managers and supervisors Complete assigned trainings within required time Other related job duties as requested Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses CPR and First Aid certification Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Schedule 12-hour shifts Day and Night shift Premium pay on Holidays Floating Holiday PTO bank One weekend day availability Physical Demands: Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, using proper lifting techniques. Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activities.
