Position: Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Home Health Aide
Shift Schedule: 9am-5pm , Weekdays , 32 hour a week
Job Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Support residents in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a facility ir homecare setting.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
