Caregiver responsibilities include: Assistance with personal cares (bathing, hygiene, toileting) Assistance with daily living activities according to individuals' care plans Implementation of individual support plans Tracking or charting of daily data Attendance in team meetings Completion of assigned training Other duties as assigned What Vista Care can offer you: 3 or 4 day work week to fit your lifestyle. Pay: $15.00 on weekdays Time and a half of $22.50 on weekends. After doing all the math, your average pay could range between $16.88 and $17.50. You get a pay increase after your first 90 days as well. Areas of Responsibility: Oshkosh Appleton We will place you in an area that is closest to home and the best fit Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass TB test Must pass background check Must have reliable transportation Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred) Drivers license (preferred) Physical Demands: Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for accessing spaces and performing ground-level activities Walk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks If you are interested in this position, please apply today.
