Summary The Manager of Show Site Operations will be responsible for managing and supervising the work of the Creative Services Manager, and Labor Coordinators. This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Dallas, TX Las Vegas, NV Chicago, IL Orlando, FL Essential Duties & Responsibilities Actively participate in hiring, firing, coaching, and reviewing all members of show site operations. Coordinate between show-site and warehouse operations to ensure quality of service and to build efficiencies and team work Create, follow, and enforce company guidelines relating to company policy, show site operations and safety Responsible for coordinating with Freeman - AV sales and operations to successfully prepare, produce and return shows Regional resource on venue information including but not limited to load in and load out paths, venue exclusives and work rules Assist warehouse personnel in determining quality and usefulness of equipment Develop and foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience College Degree from a four (4) year college or equivalent professional work experience. Four (4) years on site event management experience Four (4) years of supervisory or management experience Wide knowledge base in Audio, Lighting, Video, and Set Systems Must effectively manage time and resources Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent customer service skills Travel Requirements Travel up to 25% What We Offer Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
