Your opportunity

  • As part of the HR Talent Development team, you will provide consultative talent development expertise across the organisation to implement suitable development initiatives to support HR and business strategy
  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and programs ensuring learning is strategically aligned, client centric, and embeds our values and DE&I philosophy
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive learning and performance needs that have significant impact to support strategic objectives, using a variety of delivery methods
  • Design and facilitate various training programmes both in-person and virtually to our employee population, across global regions and time zones
  • Promote development offerings through creative and impactful internal marketing and communications
  • Manage the global coordination of talent development events and programs from scheduling, communication, and all relevant logistics to ensure a successful learning experience for participants
  • Partner with DE&I team to attract, develop and engage our diverse population of employees, clients and community
  • Support and run the annual performance management process at the firm to ensure we continue to drive high performance
  • Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to run relevant talent review and succession planning processes
  • Facilitate team offsite, leadership development, manage coaching/mentoring programs and implement career pathing plans across the firm
  • Partner with external vendors when required for relevant subject matter expertise
  • Maintain Janus Henderson's training policies to accommodate legislative requirements
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned that support the strategic business objectives

Must have skills

  • Full learning cycle experience - learning needs analysis, content design and development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong presenting and facilitation experience (in-person and virtual)
  • Instructional design, technical writing, and curriculum development experience
  • Performance Management
  • Ability to build relationships and networks in a professional environment
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have skills

  • Talent review and succession planning experience
  • 1:1 coaching experience
  • DiSC, Hogan, EQi 2.0, StrengthsFinder, or similar psychometric tools
  • Coaching accreditation
  • Implementation or management of Learning Management Systems

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted until March 29, 2024

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
