Position Summary: ABSC is seeking a Career Management Specialist with a TS/SCI to support the U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) in Columbia, MD. Our diverse team of professionals provide specialized operational, administrative and personnel management support in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Provide administrative and general support to an Army Career Management Branch Manage administrative records and processes for assignments and records management Prepare reports, analytical white papers and statistical data to support career management Process and facilitate attendance in training programs Input and update data into excel spreadsheets, databases and personnel systems of record for billeting and manning oversight Perform other related projects and duties as requested Experience Required for this Role: Five years- experience in DoD or Army career management of intelligence professionals At least two years of experience in military correspondence, policies or procedures, providing technical guidance on style, composition and correct formats, organizing workload and master suspense logs, providing customer service Five years military/government work experience relating to human resources or career management of Intelligence Professionals Proficient with MS Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively Education Required: BA or BS degree in human resources, business management or related field. In lieu of a degree, candidates will need five years of experience in military/government/civilian personnel recruitment and/or career management of DoD Intelligence professionals.
