Skills Required of the Urgent Care NP Opportunity:

Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Valid state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of OR or ability to obtain
Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred
Proficiency in performing minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
