The Nurse Coordinator CVICU RN will help to train, supervise, and educate ICU nursing staff, collaborating effectively to assist with team building and promote high quality patient care outcomes. This unit regularly sees patients requiring CRRT, Impella, TAVR, and ECMO, so experience with these devices is highly preferred. The Evening Shift Cardiac ICU Nurse Coordinator will also be responsible for staffing, scheduling, attending evening hospital huddles, and contributing to unit-based patient care initiatives.
