We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Car Sales Representatives/Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Car Sales Representative/Consultant Responsibilities - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase our extensive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both the customer and the dealership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
Car Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation & Benefits The Pay Plan is commission-based - there is no limit on how much money you can make.
Our Average Car Sales Representative/Consultant makes $70,689/year. Our top 10% sales representatives make over $250,000/year.

QualificationsCar Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications - Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
- Previous customer service is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
