Responsibilities:
• Organize and execute federal opportunity capture efforts.
• Coordinate capture efforts with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accountability.
• Actively identify and complete due diligence to qualify pipeline opportunities aligned with Axiologic growth strategy and targets and customer acquisition cycles.
• Research forecasts and procurement tools for opportunities to consider for pursuit.
• Obtain, maintain, and use specialized account accesses for information gathering, communications, and proposal support.
• Update and maintain corporate pipeline tools and information repositories with relevant and current information.
• Organize and lead RFI responses.
• Position the company to win new prime work, including identification/analysis of customer needs/requirements and other aspects of customer and opportunity assessments, and corporate self-assessments.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to current and potential customers.
• Support capture efforts to assess the competitive field, develop teaming strategies, conduct Black Hats, and make recommendations on design bid solutions.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Pricing, and PTW to develop basis of estimate, establish competitive range, and develop pricing strategy.
• Organize and participate in color reviews.
• Research, analyze, author, and brief the growth strategy for assigned customer/market accounts for approval by corporate leadership.
• Lead/run account meetings and coordinate with stakeholders across the company.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers in the Federal Civilian market by communicating with them to understand their needs, problems, mission requirements, capabilities, and approaches.
• Evaluate market trends and develop business cases.
• Support and identify efforts for tactical sales as needed.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships.
• Create and foster collaborative relationships with Service Delivery team members.
• Achieve established revenue goals.
• Support proposal operations such as teaming, solutioning, recruiting strategies, writing, and general management of each.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic growth initiatives.
• Guide and support the transition of new awards to program delivery.
• Support contract ramp-up as needed. Required Qualifications:
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance with the ability/willingness to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience developing capture strategies and driving execution.
• Experience leading business pursuits through a non-set-aside business acquisition process going through opportunity identification, qualification, and capture phases.
• Exceptional organizational, analytic and communication skills.
• Strong time and task management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a very collaborative team.
• Relationships with customer leadership and strong connectivity to industry partners serving this customer.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with capture/proposals, Customer Relationship Management, and/or pipeline development OR combination of experience + intelligence collection management and analysis experience that can demonstrate applicability to business development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated strong ability to develop and collect business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience/aptitude using customer relationship/pipeline management technology such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar, plus Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PPT) to manage knowledge. Preferred:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the specified customer environment or a minimum of 2 years actively supporting that customer space.
• Current TS clearance.
• Degree, certifications, and/or experience in technical areas such as systems engineering, software development, computer science, cybersecurity, data science, and advanced analytics.
• Ability to quickly adapt new technologies and methodologies to support the growth team. Travel Requirements:
