Job Summary
Under the direction of the Sr. Operations Manager, the Inventory Control Technician is responsible for providing support in monitoring & maintaining accurate Inventories, processing non-standard inventory receipts, specialty transactions and cycle counting.
Key Responsibilities
Be actively engaged in all Lean Activities.
Perform job in a safe manner, always putting safety first.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work with a strong attention to detail.
Prepare parts and inspect for quality prior to assembling.
Assemble variety of products in accordance with customer specifications.
Follow work instructions specific to the part being assembled.
Ensure correct components specific to part being assembled.
Inspect all parts for inconsistencies and repair as needed to meet customer expectations.
Ability to work with small, complicated parts on a regular basis.
Utilize routers and trimming tools to complete parts on secondary line.
Foam parts according to the SOP.
Clean and package parts.
Assemble and label boxes for completed products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to learn and work with basic hand tools.
Ability to troubleshoot quality problems.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to count and perform basic math.
Ability to read and write.
