BS in Civil Engineering plus:
- 5+ years of Professional Transportation Design/Engineering experience
- Expert in Civil 3D, InRoads, MicroStation Connect
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Traffic Engineer
- Experience with Caltrans permitting and interpreting Caltrans Traffic Collision data
