Inbound Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties (What you'll do) - Answer large amounts of inbound calls and/or messages
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Must have some computer experience
Inbound Customer Service Representative Shift Info - Day Shift, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Monday - Friday
Inbound Customer Service Representative Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) - Customer Service Representative experience preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work in the US
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Must work as part of a team
- Able to pass a background check
