Small call center with high profile clients seeks a charismatic, professional, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative
Quick Overview:
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Between 6AM-6 PM or 10AM-10PM, including weekends
  • Energetic & positive personality

  • Answering incoming calls, text messages, and emails in professional manner

Education:
  • High school or equivalent
Experience:
  • Answering service: 1 year
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Position is answering calls and helping customers over the phone to set appointments.
  • Excellent and writing skills fluent in English (Extra pay for bilingual)
  • Good computer skills
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • Performance Bonuses available
  • 1 year call center or similiar experience required
