Position: Call Center Representative
Schedule: Monday Friday
1st Shift: 9 am 6 pm EST
2nd Shift: 12: 30 pm - 9 pm EST
Pay range: $17.50/Hour

Job Requirements for the Call Center Representative:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Great attitude. Cool and calm under pressure
-Proficient in technology platforms (Microsoft Office technology)
-Good listener. Enjoys working with the public, providing excellent client service
-Independent and self-motivated
-Problem solver, ability to look ahead and anticipate the next steps necessary to complete the task fully
-Professionalism

Job Qualifications for the Call Center Representative:

-High school diploma or equivalent education required
-Previous call center experience
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Computer keyboard and processing skills
