We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Call Center Representative(link removed) In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.




There are Full and Part Time positions available






Job Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide information about products, services, and promotions

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the database

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
