Call Center Nurse

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday Scheduled Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America) Hours: 40 This position may have a signing bonus available a member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process. General Description: Support the practices by answering telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing clear and informative triaging, assisting clerical call center specialists, offering callers clinical advice, handling medically complicated callers, VNAs etc. Provide back-up INR coverage for sites and schedule all TCM appointments. Assist with clerical, environmental, organizational and other tasks as assigned. Provides information to patients, so they may fully utilize and benefit from clinical services. Work Experience/Requirements: Knowledge of medical specialty. Minimum 1 year of health care experience. Basic computer knowledge. Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure by Commonwealth of Massachusetts.CPR certification.
