Full-time Primary Care / Concierge Medicine doctor
4-Day Work week option available
Recruiting for multiple California locations
2 locations: South San Francisco and San Jose
Base range starts at $275,000 and Depends on Experience and bonus opportunities
EMR is for Direct Primary Care and easy to use
Maximum patient panel is 1000 patients per doctor
Average of 8 to 10 appointments per day
30 + paid days of time off per year
Generous Benefits package including paid medical Health insurance and has a 401K
Must be able to see patients of all ages and do skin biopsies
Each doctor will have 2 CMAs with involvement in the hiring and screening of those positions
