Job description Multi-Domain, Multi-INT Operations Subject Matter Expert (TS/SCI Required) Immersive Wisdom offers a remote collaborative ops center platform for distributed & disaggregated operations that allows geographically dispersed personnel to effectively work together and act without having to be physically present, even in severely bandwidth-limited environments, using existing desktops and laptops. We are seeking Multi-Domain, Multi-INT Operations Subject Matter Experts ( TS/SCI security clearance required ) to join our growing organization. SMEs work closely with customers, potential customers, and our broader team, to drive the broad adoption of Immersive Wisdom's platform. The Role Understand each customer's mission sets and operational processes in order to seamlessly integrate Immersive Wisdom into their workflow Serve as a lead customer interface during engagements Drive product adoption, renewal, and customer satisfaction by bringing value to customers every day Ensure all client needs are met, solving issues at the lowest level and knowing when to escalate Learn Immersive Wisdom systems used to support and engage customers throughout the customer lifecycle Proactively drive adoption and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention Understand the Immersive Wisdom solution and be able to articulate the features and benefits to provide appropriate solutions for specific customer needs Provide customers with expertise on the Immersive Wisdom platform and highlight key features and functionality enabling the customer to achieve their objectives Ensure seamless onboarding and account setup for customers Maintain accurate customer satisfaction and usage data on assigned customers Collect customer feedback and clearly articulate product recommendations for Immersive Wisdom product development Continuously drive tactical efficiency and improvements for the Mission Success organization Willingness to travel Desired Skills and Experience Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI) Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field Department of Defense experience or client-facing or product experience with a strong interest in supporting customers in the DoD Familiarity with Enterprise Software, SaaS, or other technology related experience a plus Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized Outstanding communication and presentation skills Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and CRM tools Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers High level of accountability and the ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Passion for driving business value to customers through software development and new technology Proven development of excellent client relationship skills Strong work ethic and ownership of both company and client goals/objectives, focused on understanding, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
