Job Number 666475BR Description:The Business Ventures Lead Analyst will be responsible for identifying and sourcing business ventures investments for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control business area. This function requires an executive presence with presenting potential ventures targets to the LM Corporate Ventures Team, along with MFC Senior Leadership for applicability, relevance, and technical advancement that support Lockheed Martin Strategic initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or similar)

• Minimum 5 years direct experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital Investing, or Strategic Investments/Complex Financial and Strategic Analysis

• Minimum 5 total years of finance OR transaction-oriented roles

• Demonstrated experience in strategic and financial analysis

• Demonstrated experience and comfort in presenting to executive management

• Exceptional technical financial modeling skills

• Exceptional presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel skills)

• Entrepreneurial drive and a desire for business growth

• Team-Player with a self-starter attitude
Desired Skills:

• Experience working at an investment banking firm or leading corporate or business unit Venture Capital activities/projects

• A Masters' degree in a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience in the identification, qualification, diligence and execution of Corporate Venture Capital and other strategic transactions or assessments

• Experience leading large cross-functional teams in connection with Corporate Venture Capital transactions (formal or informal leadership experience)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
