Business Systems Support Analyst

Step into a pivotal role as an ERP Business Systems Support Analyst, where you'll support and enhance our IT systems across Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management. Be the key player in driving the success of our migration for 20 locations from a legacy Infor Enterprise Resource Planning system to Infor Syteline in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business systems, significantly impacting our business operations.

Hybrid within the Spring, TX - Houston area (or local to TX with monthly travel to Houston)

Compensation: 90-110K based on skills and expertise

What You'll Be Doing:

Resolve issues and implement enhancements for legacy and new ERP systems.

Manage and approve change requests, prioritizing issues based on business impact.

Support end users in their daily application activities.

Ensure deliverables meet completeness, consistency, quality, and traceability standards.

Integrate business process requirements with current application environments.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and system risks.

Maintain application documentation policies and procedures.

Train end users on enterprise applications and functional processes.

About You:

Be able to do the job as described.

Proficiency in supporting Infor's Syteline ERP environment. (or Infor Visual/M3/LN experience)

3+ years of manufacturing experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Power Automate and CoPilot.

Experience with development technologies (.NET, SQL, VB Script, PHP, Bootstrap).

Solid understanding of PMP and Agile processes.

Some travel during implementations
