Join our collaborative and global team as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supporting the IR Development Sciences team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

Consulting with functional areas to understand complex business needs in R&D Development Sciences to determine how they will affect applications and systems

Providing ideas and recommendations for system upgrades and evolution

Developing detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and managing projects.

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
