Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with knowledge of Java Microservice, API, and User Experience.
- Experience working in Java/Micro Service and Website/App areas.
- Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements.
- Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to teams.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Microservice/Rest API testing.
- Understanding of API specification, API swagger, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc., along with test management and testing support experience.
- Collaborating with business product owners and developers to create user journeys and user stories.
- Performing detailed analysis of business requirements and documenting business process flows.
- Understanding product specifications and business requirements.
- Creating and maintaining Functional Specs documentation and working collaboratively with the team to test and deploy system changes.
- Ability to manage and own the quality of deliverables.
