Role: Business Systems Analyst AEM (Adobe Exp manager)
Must have experience in AEM & User Stories
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool using Agile or SAFe framework is a must.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, capabilities, managing/publishing process, and designs wireframes using Figma/Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in AEM tools such as Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Form, Brand Portal Setup, and Dynamic Media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions at all levels), with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
