The individual selected for this position will provide skilled administrative support to assist in the extensive record keeping and management of documents to include but not limited to scheduling of clients for appointments, overseeing the "flow" of patients or applicants, employees, and contractors through various processes, typing and filing of confidential evaluations, data entry of quality control metrics, answering clients' inquiries, and organizing libraries of information. Required Skills Basic computer knowledge
Experience with Microsoft Word
Experience with Microsoft Excel and database entry
Experience in general office work
Education/Certification Requirements High School Diploma
Desired Skills (Optional) Basic knowledge of medical and/or psychological terminology
