Job Purpose
Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of programs and events for ADC associate strategy initiatives. Oversee broad morale activities and engagement initiatives for ADC personnel. Partner with internal groups to ensure future associate needs are understood and enabled through strong planning, stakeholder partnership, and associate knowledge. Collect feedback and data for continuous improvement of programs toward maximum impact on associates within given resources
Key Accountabilities
- In alignment with department business plan, analyze associate quality gaps between business units and propose enhancements to achieve business objectives unique to ADC and its associates. Create innovative solutions for unique ADC associate needs to address improvement in identified areas on ADC business plan.
- Execute ongoing ADC strategic associate programs, including promotion, continuous improvement, and related reporting to executives.
- Coordinate ADC's participation in broader HDMA and AHM associate programs, including promotion, continuous improvement, and related reporting to executives.
- Establish related metrics, maintain, and continuous improvement for main areas of responsibility.
- Propose additional programs and systems to help maximize ADC associate engagement.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organization Development or related field
- A minimum of five years of experience
- Knowledge of effective engagement levers, experience leading teams, strong event planning and coordination experience, effective measurement and reporting
