About This Role: Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a Business Process Specialist to enhance operational support services for our federal customer in Falls Church, Virginia. This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, healthcare policy planning and management, and integration and implementation of military healthcare related policies and programs. This successful candidate will analyze and optimize processes, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. The Business Process Specialist will create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams, recommend, and facilitate quality improvement efforts. This opportunity is 100% on site. Responsibilities: Draft PowerPoint presentations, point papers, training material, and correspondence packages to meet client timetables and commitments
Provide liaison support and coordinate activities throughout the various levels of the organization, working closely with executive level clients
Assist on procedural matters such as edit draft correspondence/material for accuracy of format, spelling, and grammar; develop timelines for key presentations; and research/prepare official correspondence/ response to audits, Congressional and other high-level inquiries in final format in accordance with Government formats and guidelines
Track the status and management of the action items/taskers using the organization's approved knowledge management system
Ability to assimilate meeting information and activities into daily contract support, provide meeting pre and post meeting support to include recording, drafting, editing, and distributing meetings materials and executive summaries and arrange meeting logistics as required
Monitor calendars, schedule appointments, prepare read ahead material, and maintain up-to-date filing systems
Provide liaison support and coordinate activities with the professional staff offices
Assist the Project Manager with reporting project status and metrics, managing project plans, building highly quality deliverables
The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences
Excellent verbal and communication skills
