What you will do

In this vital role you will report to the Director, Technology Strategy & Innovation and will work with various cross-functional partners and play a pivotal role in project portfolio operations and communications for the R&D Artificial Intelligence strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support portfolio strategy to deliver on innovative, impactful pipeline
  • Planning, management, and coordination of strategic team meetings focused on project portfolio
  • Responsible for presentation creation from conceptualization to finalization for business meetings and functional strategic reviews
  • Responsible for setting agenda and gathering content for departmental All-staff meetings
  • Build and lead efficient approach to govern portfolio (operating model) and communicate their value capture
  • Drive collection and delivery of performance updates to leadership on a weekly basis
  • Continuously monitor and communicate progress and adherence to critical project timelines
  • Ensure on time delivery of monthly communications/reports such as content for newsletters and internal website
  • Create and maintain a calendar of planned communications, based on upcoming project milestones and readouts
  • Responsible for bi-weekly leadership team meetings, including coordination of agenda topics, consolidation of presentation and pre-read content, distribution of pre-reads, facilitation of each meeting, and crafting/distributing minutes and action items
  • Support planning for project gating decision points (e.g., Proof of Concept approval, go/no scaling)
  • Support and participate in planning and execution for Cross-Functional events such as Demo Day and AI Symposium

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of strategy, execution and planning experience

Or

Masters degree and 6 years of strategy, execution and planning experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 8 years of strategy, execution and planning experience

Or

Associates degree and 10 years of strategy, execution and planning experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of strategy, execution and planning experience

And

In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across different levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated project management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint site building, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and other communications and presentation tools
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior management
  • Demonstrated initiative (self-starting), comfort with ambiguity and ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to work in an agile framework with continuous deliverables
  • Highly skilled in communicating with diverse stakeholders and developing relationships
  • Experience presenting clearly on complex topics and issues
  • Independent, motivated, team member with experience in a matrixed environment

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
