Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and agile Power BI Analyst to join our Electric Operations team. The successful candidate will leverage SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) data to develop insights and analytics that support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives. This role requires a fast learner with a robust analytical toolkit and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and report publishing.
- Experienced in using SAP ERP and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) for data extraction and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Must be a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the electric utilities industry.
- Knowledge of electric operations and system data.
- Advanced certifications in Power BI or related BI tools.
The Pay Rate for this position is between 38.00-43.00/hr on w2
Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate .
