Work Location: Hybrid - Lawrence, IN (onsite 2 days a week) & Remote
Clearance Required: US Citizen, Public Trust Level 5 Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support a Federal Client in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills/Experience: Project management skills and competencies such as meeting management, schedule development and reviews, project and program risk and issue management
Written and oral communications skills and competencies required to communicate with leadership and stakeholders
Technical writing to write formal reports, directives, memoranda, etc.
Conflict resolution skills to ensure dynamic teams with competing interests agree to and achieve established goals and objectives
Knowledge of Entity Level and Transactional Control design, design effectiveness and compliance verification and validation methods and techniques
Data analytics and management, to include data base development and management
Risk management, to include the identification and assessment of risk mitigation strategies
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software suit
Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment to achieve results
