Our client, a global technology company is seeking a Business Financial Operations Analyst at San Jose, CA 95110.
Location: San Jose, CA 95110
Long Term Contract
Pay: $60/hr.-$67/hr. DOE
Duties:
- All aspects of Budget Management: monthly Forecasting, Accruals.
- Capex/Opex treatment of spends, review SOWs and PRs for processing.
- Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconciliation and approvals by business owners.
- Resource Management - ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis.
- Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
- Reporting and Dashboarding.
Skills
- Strong Excel skills - formulas, scenario building, etc.
- Basic knowledge with data management
- Focus on data quality - A MUST
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results.
- Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail.
- Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity.
- Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology.
- Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis.
- Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences.
- PowerBI is Nice to Have.
Education:
- Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
