Business Office Manager

Park Manor of Quail Valley is looking for a BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER that has EXTENSIVE Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and supervision of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, resident trust, and payroll.
Coordinating monthly accounting functions of the facility with finance in accordance with accounting and cost reimbursement principles.

Requirements:
Long-term healthcare business office experience required
Experience in Medicaid, and private billing required
Insurance Billing experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Basic Computer Skills
Professional Demeanor
Payroll Experience a Plus
Collections Experience Required
