Responsibilities: The Business Intelligence Specialist will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for translating business requirements and data collection needs into comprehensive analyses, reports, and visualizations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with end users to identify data management needs and opportunities for enhancement.

• Developing and maintaining operational data stores and enterprise data warehouses using BI best practices.

• Improving data flow processes and ensuring data accuracy, viability, and value.

• Designing and maintaining a BI architecture to enable fact-based decision-making and ad-hoc analysis.

• Creating interactive real-time dashboards and key performance indicators using BI tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, etc.

• Providing end-user support and training to encourage adoption of BI tools. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must hold and maintain a SECRET security clearance (Required)
