Role : Business Integration Analyst (Financial Analyst)

Skills / Experience Requirements
Lease accounting support:

  • Technical Expertise: Good understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting and be able to research and resolve accounting issues
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes for lease assessment, waterfall calculations, manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC disclosures. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with accounting, finance, business team and the TI-lease teams to implement process improvements and drive efficient solutions.
  • Work with cross functional teams to to intake the workflow into an existing vendor arrangement managing leases at scale
  • Documentation & Communication:
  • Create clear and comprehensive process documentation for the end-to-end lease process with controls.
  • Articulate accounting and operational issues effectively to various stakeholders on timely manner

General requirements:

  • Experience with SAP and manual journal entry process to support the month-end close tasks
  • Experience and success in a hyper growth environment, where flexibility and a keenness for optimization are key
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a self-starter and motivated by the opportunity to build new processes and evolve existing ones for complex and rapidly growing environment.
