Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (standard business hours) with flexibility

Business Growth Advisor Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a profound ability to strategize, analyze, and drive business success. You will be entrusted with our proprietary system to guide business owners toward achieving both their personal and professional aspirations. Business Growth Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory and Execution: Implement an advanced financial system to optimize business performance. Utilize your expertise in financial analysis to develop tailored strategies, including projections, budgets, and risk assessments, to assist clients in reaching their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor and strategist, building and maintaining strong, productive relationships. Ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction and quality control are met consistently, and handle unsatisfied clients, resolving issues if they arise. Update and maintain data; to include CRM, calendar, or similar programs, etc.
  • Training and Development: Engage in our comprehensive training programs designed to uphold our legacy of excellence. Continuously enhance your skills and adapt to evolving market needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Regularly report on client progress and internal benchmarks. Manage and execute a robust referral system, contributing to our network s growth.
  • Communication and Influence: Use exceptional communication skills to articulate value propositions, negotiate with stakeholders, and mentor clients through strategic changes, as well as interacting with prospects, vendors, and team members.
Business Growth Advisor Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in business consulting, financial management, or as a business advisor.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, basic financial forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk assessments for understanding financial health and performance of a business. Advanced skills in Office365, CRM software, and other accounting software are essential.
  • Excellent at building relationships, coaching clients through transitions, and managing high-stakes conversations. A genuine, empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for business growth and personal development. Must have the integrity, professionalism, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • Agile, adaptable self-starter with ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency
Business Growth Advisor Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in coaching or training is highly desirable.
  • Experience with financial performance software is a plus.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications like MBA, CMA, or CFA are advantageous.
